Chuck Smith on "The Word for Today" has extensively preached on Proverbs and Ecclesiastes over the last couple of months. These two Old Testament books, penned by Solomon at the behest of God, are as relevant today as they were to the people of Israel at that
time.

Two of his favorite verses, Proverbs 3:5-6, ties in nicely with this:
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. [
